Cheese lovers won’t want to miss the 3rd edition of the Festival of Our
Cheeses slated for both Festival weekends (Thursday, February 21 to Sa turday, February
23 and Thursday, February 28 to Saturday, March 1, 2008) at Complexe Desjardins’
Grande-Place. Come rub shoulders with Quebec cheesemakers—who never cease to impress
with the array and exceptional quality of their pro ducts.

Would you like to discover the best of the Americas? Join us for a cocktail to sample
some of Quebec’s best cheeses and experience the delicious wines of Chile! Give
yourself the pleasure of learning a few tips from renowned Chef Thierry Daraize,
who will lead the tasting and guide you through his selections. At only $20, this
